Ainhoa, the owner of this Madrid housing, entrusted its decoration to interior designers Lara de la Mata and Daniel Povedano, from Deleite Design. Now, every time he returns to Madrid after spending a few days outside the city, he sends them a wasap With this message: "How beautiful is my house!" There is no doubt: he is happy with the result.
The young woman knew very well how Lara and Dani worked because they had renovated and decorated the floor of one of her best friends. Therefore, when his works were about to finish, he got in touch with them. “It was easy to connect with her, discover her style and her way of life,” the interior designers tell us. "So almost everything we proposed worked," they add. In addition, Ainhoa knew what he was looking for: a timeless style and that the whole house followed the same aesthetic line.
When decorating the floor, these were the criteria that prevailed: “Achieve very relaxed spaces, a balanced and interesting set, with small brushstrokes of color repeated in the different rooms. The owner wanted all the rooms to speak the same language, ”they explain from Deleite Design. And so, yellow notes are present throughout the house. Its 110 m2 are distributed between the kitchen, the living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and the bedroom of Ainhoa, which was designed as a suite. It also has a terrace of just over 5 m2, which connects the living area and the office.
Now the house is very bright and with wide spaces. But there was still an additional problem to be solved: the living room, located between the kitchen and the bedrooms, was in a passing area, which conditioned its distribution. The Deleite Design team came out of this problem with an arrangement of furniture that, in many cases, are custom designs made to measure to take more advantage of the space. "The dining room table is one of my favorite pieces," Lara tells us. Dani also reveals his two favorite furniture: "The sofa, with a narrow arm that allows to expand the seating area, and the furniture of the hall, with that milling in waves that was made in doors and sides." Both have achieved a Calm decoration, with a lot of personality and original details.
With the premise of achieving a serene and alien decoration to passing fashions, the project team opted for a range of neutral tones, subtle strokes of color and contemporary design furniture.

The living area is bright thanks to the glass doors that lead to the terrace. Dressed with blinds, they preserve privacy. On the right you can see the sideboard, a flown design that is visually light so that the room looks more spacious.

"Ainhoa likes the natural, the simple lines. I was very clear that I wanted to start from a sober base and then place a breaker box or patterned and colorful textiles," both interior designers explain about their work.
Many of the furniture was designed by Lara and Daniel to better meet the guidelines set by the owner.

To facilitate circulation through the living room, the table was accompanied by a bench that allowed the dining area as close as possible to the wall. This was combined with two wicker chairs and two other classic ones, from the Ainhoa family, which the Deleite Design team commissioned to paint in black and upholster with a modern print.

The foundation must be strong enough to support the weight of the bath, the water and the body of the person taking a bath. Synthetic material models are usually heavy.
Keep in mind that the chosen place must have a water outlet and access to the downspouts to connect the drain.
