The traditional apple pie is still one of the most sought after and valued desserts. And it is that besides delicious it is super easy to prepare.
Here is the complete recipe.
INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 4 apples
- 180 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 envelope of chemical yeast
- 100 g brown sugar
- 175 ml of milk
- Apricot jam
- Butter
Step 1. Peel and cut into squares two apples. Put in the blender with the milk, eggs and sugar. Beat a few seconds and add the flour and yeast. Crush to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Step 2. Butter a round mold and sprinkle flour. Pour the previous mixture carefully. Peel the other two apples in very thin slices and place them forming concentric circles to cover the entire dough.
Step 3. Put in the oven previously heated to 180º C and bake for 45 minutes; remove. Let it temper, unmold and paint the surface with apricot jam.

This cake can be frozen, in fact, the cakes, the apple is the best preserved. It is recommended to do it in portions and well wrapped. To defrost it, remove it at room temperature about 6 hours before.
